No labels, no rules, no dogma. They are raw, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, plant-based… all of those things. But they don’t align with any one style, and they don’t believe in fads or gimmicks. They believe that each body needs fresh food made with awareness.

From midday, the main menu presents (served until 11pm) a fascinating fusion of raw goodness and wonderful warm dishes. Starters include raw red pepper hummus, beetroot ravioli and lentil lime soup, plus salads chock-full of organic goodness. Raw mains include ‘sun-wiches’ and wraps plus tacos, lasagne and kelp noodles, while cooked options include quinoa and brown rice bowls, veggie burgers and more.
From raw almond and coconut porridge and homemade goji and cranberry nut granols to chia bowls, fresh fruit salads and deluxe walnut banana pancakes with maple syrup, the Wild Beets breakfast menu (served from 9am until midday) boasts an array of healthy options to set you up for the day ahead.
