Marisquería Salinas is located in Ibiza, recently restored and located in the nature reserve of Ses Salines, in the southernmost tip of the island and next to the most famous beach of Ibiza. A luxury setting for an excelent dining experience.
A beautiful garden full of flowers and lush greenery where the sun combined with the refreshing shades of the trees and awnings, the terrace is ideal, the dining modern and tasteful ... The place couldn´t be nicer. And the service could not be more efficient, professional and friendly.
The chef, Manuel Novás, hails from Galicia on Spain’s Atlantic coast, famous for the finest of Spanish cuisine along with a world beating tradition in possibly the best seafood in the world.
He began his schooling in Galicia’s San Javier chef school, and after working in some of the top restaurants in the region including Michelin starred ‘Toñi Vicente’, Manuel formed part of the team chosen to represent Galician Cuisine at the 1998 Lisbon Universal Expo.
He now resides in Ibiza and they are delighted to have him into the Boutique Hostal Salinas team.
A breakfast buffet included in the price is available to all guests. A selection of freshly baked breads and pastries sit alongside cold cuts and hot dishes providing the perfect start to the day.
For lunch and dinner: navajas, scallops, lobster ... Seafood rice, croquettes and wild fish to salt. Salads and meats of the highest quality.
Also they offer classic Ibizan dishes such as bream in sea salt made baked, influenced by the Italian, Greek and elsewhere: pasta and fresh fish, paella and classic risottos, meat dishes and homemade desserts.
They have a 15€ menu as well.
