    Featuring jaw-dropping views across the Mediterranean, and a private sandy beach below clear of seaweed and rocks, the Cotton Beach Club offers changing cabins and private showers for beachgoers to be comfortable moving from lounge to lunch.

    The Cotton Beach Club serves lunch and Á la carte dinner after beach hours where the kitchen surprises guests with a selection of food that is available before and during a spectacular sunset.

    CREAMS AND SALADS

    QUINOA SALAD
    Mixture of black and white quinoa with mango, avocado, pear, nuts, Brussels
    sprouts, tomato, baby spinach and arugula dressed with mustard and sherry
    vinegar.

    DUCK CONFIT SALAD
    Made with duck confit, ox cecina, anchovies, pear, parmesan chesse, tomato,
    bread croutons, and a delicious mix of lettuce, seasoned with our homemade
    Cesar dressing.

    CARROT AND PUMPKIN CREAM
    Light and warm carrot and pumpkin cream accompanied with a fresh herbs and
    pistachios cheese and garnished with Iberian ham grissini bread

    BLUE LOBSTER PAELLA
    Traditional and delicious blue lobster paella, accompanied with alioli garlic
    mayonnaise and fresh tomato sauce.

    SCALLOPS AND PRAWNS RISOTTO
    Creamy risotto made with scallops and prawns with a light touch of parmesan
    and scamorza smoked cheese

    FOIE GRAS AND MUSHROOMS FIDEUA
    Traditional pasta “paella-like” made with a mix of different mushrooms and
    duck foie gras.

    BLACK TAGLIATELLE WITH OCTOPUS AND PRAWNS
    Tasteful combination of black squid ink pasta with octopus and prawns made on
    a light garlic and parsley style.

    MEAT

    CHICKEN FRICASSE
    Our personal interpretation of such a classic chicken stew made with sucullent
    ibizan free raised chicken, leek, bacon, mushrooms and good white wine.

    TOMAHAWK
    900 grams of juicy red meat acompanied with sweet red roasted piquillo
    peppers, paprika fried potatoes and sauted vegetables.

    ANGUS BEEF BURGER
    Delightful red meat burger served with our piquillo ketchup, mushroom
    mayonnaise, sweet onions, tomato and lettuce
    You can dress it with Iberian ham, smoked bacon, fried egg or Chesse.

    BLACK SESAME SEED DRESSED SALMON WITH CAULIFLOWER CREAM
    Black sesame seed dressed Norwegian salmon accompanied with cauliflower
    parmentier cream and oriental style vegetables.

    SEA BASS IN SALT
    Traditional fresh sea bass covered in salt and baked in oven. We accompanied
    with fresh sautéed vegetables.

    TIGER SHRIMP “HONEY ISLAND”
    Delicious tiger shrimp cooked in a tasteful curry and coconut sauce,
    accompanied with wild black Canadian and Indian basmati rice.

    DESSERTS

    WHITE CHOCOLATE SOUP AND RASPBERRY ICE CREAM
    Soft and creamy white chocolate and yogurt cream with fresh raspberry ice
