Can Domingo is the typical Ibizan country house, converted into a restaurant in the eighties, surrounded by green hills of Sant Josep de Sa Talaia which merge into the blue sea.
The tables are located among wild flowers of the garden, shaded by old trees, and others on a terrace full of charm.
You can enjoy a delicious Italian food, attentive and friendly service, organic vegetables growing right next to the permaculture garden, and a menu a la carte of constantly updated list. Or if you prefer, you can relax having a cocktail under the olive tree.
The menu has the typical structure of four Italian dishes, and includes many different options, ranging from traditional Italian plates like pasta amatriciana and alla panna cotta to Ibiza juicy meats such as pork and lamb with honey and lavender, preparations of fresh and delicate fish, and brought directly from Italy delicacies such as ham and salami of Piacenza and some Piedmontese cheeses.
Their philosophy is to keep all its simple but very tasty plates, using in recipes only the best and freshest ingredients, and a number of different cooking techniques in order to get the best of each product.
