    Tuna carpaccio with citrus soy vinaigrette
    Beef carpaccio with tangerine vinaigrette, parmesan and Mahon cheese shavings
    Duck foie-grass mi-cuit with apple and caramelised goat cheese
    Rabbit marinated salad vegetables, homemade bread crusts and escarole
    Caesar mezclum salad with a mic of smoked fish with dill

    Roast lamb with trumpet vegetarian filling padding and a touch of Can Rich Malvasia

    Duck maigret with Pedro Ximenez sauce, pecorino polenta, sautted peaches and flambé apples
