Cala Codolar, eight kilometers away from Sant Josep de sa Talaia, is a small cove made of codols (Catalan for white and round rocks) where the visitor reaches the sea accompanied by pine trees.
It is a quiet place where you can really relax, there are usually few visitors and its clear water and rocky bottom, plus the light winds and calm waters, invite you to discover its water diving.
Ideal for families seeking a quiet beach with an easy access. Surrounded by trees and in a truly beautiful setting, a day at Cala Codolar will be unforgettable.
Access by car is easy but you have to pay attention to the signs in the road. You can also access by public transport, but the stop is a bit far from the beach, unimportant thing taking into account the beautiful surroundings that invite you to stroll enjoying the views.
A small chiringuito with burgers and hotdogs, affordable and very nice.
Climbing the stairs you will find at the beach there is a more sophisticated restaurant.
Chairs and umbrellas rental service (which is essential as the beach lacks shaded areas).
